Hunger Games District 4

Hey Hunger Gamers! Today District 4 will be explained with the help of PheonixDragonwing on Deviantart (go to her page, she has so much talent)!

District Four

Possible Location: Somewhere on a coast, then... California?

Tributes:

Unnamed Boy - killed on the first day

Unnamed Girl - fate unknown. Possibly killed by Tracker-Jackers

Finnick Odair - handsome, cocky young man. Handy with a trident. Survives the Third Quarter Quell to escape to District Thirteen

Mags - eighty-year old, Finnick's mentor. Can make a fishhook out of anything. Volunteers instead of Annie. Kills herself in the poisonous fog to let Finnick escape.

Rebels:

Finnick - Has been broken since the end of the Quarter Quell, terrified for the life of Annie, his lover. Helps Katniss in dealing with Peeta's torture, and in turn is helped by her. Reveals the full extent of Snow's crimes, including where he sold victors' bodies to wealthy Capitol people. Finnick also reveals why Snow wears a rose. When Annie is rescued, Finnick marries her in a very touching ceremony. Is part of the 'Star Squad' and joins Katniss in her attempt to assassinate Snow. Is killed by the rose-scented crocodile mutts. (That really doesn't sound all that scary. Collins' description of them is better)

'Mad' Annie - taken prisoner by the Capitol after the Quarter Quell, presumably tortured along with the others. Is rescued by Gale and the team, and returns to District 13 to marry Finnick. Is slightly unusual, often staring into space or talking apparent gibberish. After Finnick's death and the 'end' of all the Hunger Games, she gives birth to their son. (This lady reminds me a little of Luna Lovegood from Harry Potter, making her one of my favourite characters)
