Unnamed Boy - I think he was the boy who re-activated the Landmines, killed by Cato after Katniss destroys the supplies
Unnamed Girl - Killed on the first day

Wiress - batty lady who is first to realise the Arena is a clock. Is killed by Gloss.
Beetee - Smart man who was injured in the initial bloodbath. Comes up with the plan to electricute Brutus and Enobaria. Is gravely injured by the forcefield, but is looked after on the way to District Thirteen.

Rebels:
Beetee - in a wheelchair, is District 13's main engineer/tinkerer etc. Creates Katniss' 'magic' bow (I can't think of any other way to describe it), Gale's military bow, the fire/explosion arrows and, with Gale, various explosion devices. Possibly the ones that ultimately killed Prim.
